In my short journey through the alleys, lanes and back alleys of Scheme 33 Block C, I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, air-conditioned girls’ hostel that comes under the ambit of the NGO, The Benevolent Home for Women with no shame in it. The hostel has 10 well-furnished, air-conditioned, and lighted rooms equipped with modern amenities. Each room has a refrigerator, which I have heard is essential for staying in cold regions.

They are located far from my college, and I would not like to spend too much time commuting to get to these hostels. Still, it would be convenient to have a common fridge for cold drinks. I, the first-person narrator, is currently staying at a Top Ladies Hostel in Scheme 33 Block C. This is the only ladies-only hostel in the area, and there aren’t many hostels in the block with refrigerators for cold drinks. I arrived here with a few fellow students and a chill-out list.
