I recently stayed in a hostel in Buffer Zone Block 16. It is a cozy, modern-looking hostel with a welcoming atmosphere and convenient facilities. On a few occasions, my friends and I used the hairdryer in the common bathroom. I must admit that we were surprised to find that this was a no-no.
